WSSD schools will be closed on February 17th, TCDN will be open. Special registration is needed for all scholl age children. Please check our website and your email for the registration forms.
WSSD school and ALL TCDN sites and the Administration Office will be closed on Monday February 20th- Holiday
TCDN's Family Bingo Night March 9th, 6pm-8pm, Parrish Hall. Please contact Michele in the office for pre-registration forms. All ages are welcome. Prizes, raffle baskets, a 50/50. Pizza, Hot Dogs, dessert and soft drinks will be sold. Please contact michele@tcdn.org
Please remember that Scrip Gift Cards can be purchased at any time, they are not just for the holidays. Contact Michele at michele@tcdn.org for order forms or additional information.
Events
TCDN holds a number of fundraising events throughout the year. Individuals can support these initiatives by participating, volunteering, and/or promoting the events to friends.
Nelson’s BBQ
Order a take-home Nelson’s barbeque dinner, and TCDN makes a profit on each meal sold. The first event, held in October 2010, was a great success.

Pancake Breakfast
In this fall event, enjoy a nice pancake breakfast with your family, and proceeds benefit TCDN. Volunteer servers and busers make are the nuts and bolts to this event.
Thanksgiving Pie Sale
Purchase your Thanksgiving pies from TCDN. The pies are made by Sweet Potato Café in Media and will be delivered to your child’s site the Tuesday prior to Thanksgiving.
Cookie Walk: Many of us like to bake, but don’t have the time. At TCDN’s holiday Cookie Walk, you can purchase homemade cookies for the holidays. This event also provides the opportunity for families to hang out with other families from within the TCDN programs.
An Afternoon at the Theatre: This winter event is one of our two major fundraisers for the year. Join the TCDN family at the Media Theatre for a first class theatre production. For 2011, the production will be “Annie”. At intermission, bid on some exciting items at our silent auction and various children raffles.
Stuppy Fun Run and 5K Run: Our second major fundraiser of the year, the proceeds from this event benefit TCDN's scholarship fund. This money enables us to defray tuition expenses for families in need. This year, the event will be held on May 14th, 2011 at the Swarthmore College track. Click here for a registration form.
