TCDN is an equal opportunity care provider and enrolls children from diverse backgrounds and circumstances. Spaces are filled based on licensing capacity and placement on the waiting list.

To enroll your child in the preschool program, complete a preliminary application form and send to TCDN with a $10.00 processing fee. This will place your child on the waiting list. It is recommended that you also call the TCDN Director and arrange a time to schedule a tour and to learn more about the program you are interested in.

To enroll in an out-of-school time program, call the Administrative Office for availability information. Open House opportunities are available prior to the start of each school year, or call for a tour or more information.

Once accepted, a registration fee is required. A contract and fee agreement for you to indicate your enrollment option preference, along with an enrollment packet of all other required enrollment forms will be provided.  Enrollment may not begin until all enrollment forms are returned. Monthly tuition is due on the first of each month, in advance.

TCDN accepts children who receive child-care subsidy by the state or other outside agencies, such as Child Care information Services (CCIS). Financial assistance may also be available through TCDN’s scholarship program.
